Older guy interested in reffing

Hey there, I'm 59 and thinking of getting into reffing. I'm not looking at getting to a high level of hockey. I just love the game of hockey. Probably just stick with the young house league. My problem is skating is not what used to be. I'm old and had back pain sometimes. I still play with buddies but just wondering if I need to be a superstar skater. Thanks to all
