curve for stick

Hey folks, I am not sure Everyone is always talking about different angles. How do you know which one you should use? Is there one that's perhaps not the "stylish", but the "easiest"? Easiest to catch passes and shoot decently? Like the Honda Civic of stick angles? Or is it 100 particular preference? Thanks in advance
